Army Public College of Management and Science, Rawalpindi is an upcoming center of excellence, which has in a short span of time established its niche in the community of Engineering Sciences and Business Management institutions. Founded in 1999 under the administrative control of the Inspector General Training & Evaluation (IGT&E). Pakistan Army, yet self governed. APCOMS is a constituent college of National

University of Modern Language & Science (NUMLS). It has made Management and Engineering Science education accessible for those brilliant students who lack adequate resource base. APCOMS aims to narrow the gulf between perception and reality by adopting innovative, responsive, quality focused and open door policy. It has made its core competence an environment, where students are made to cross the traditional border of professional disciplines. It is determined to act as catalyst of progress. The alumni of the APCOMS are independent, self governing and serious minded professionals, who would assume the mantle of leadership by making significant and invaluable contributions in their chosen discipline.

                                  APCOMS aims at building academic edifice around the core competencies of its students, who are already serving in various corporate, industrial, telecommunication and banking sector.

 The main objective of APCOMS is to provide high quality, comprehensive educational and training opportunities that are compatible to changing needs of the students. The institution is dedicated to provide faculty, staff, and students an environment and infrastructure that helps them develop potential for scholarship, creative work, professional realization, service and research & development.

        For the fulfillment of its mission, APCOMS has the following objectives:

To Produce competent technocrats and managers of international standards at graduate and undergraduate level.
To develop itself as a center of excellence in the fields of business and engineering through international linkages and affiliations.
To create academic environment for research and development in the relevant disciplines.
To provide a bridge between academia and industry with the view to meet the new challenges of employment and placement.
To develop strong interpersonal and communication skills among the students.
To use variety of modern mechanisms to adopt appropriate new technologies and methodologies.
To encourage the understanding of values and ethics among the students.
