APCOMS possesses more than a decade long experience in teaching in management sciences. As a logical evolution of this sustained effort and after the roaring success of its BBA and MBA programmes, it is now venturing into the realm of higher education by introducing MS programme in Business Studies. This programme has been designed to complete the learning loop in business education and bridge the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge.


MS Programme in Business Studies is specifically designed for candidates having a business background who are interested in pursuing higher studies in this field. The MS programme will facilitate the development of senior managerial leadership as well as prepare a competent crop of faculty for imparting high quality education in management sciences. Through this programme, APCOMS aims at bringing about a qualitative change among the corporate managers and business academicians by transforming their reactive thinking patterns into proactive and dynamic behaviour.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA)


HEC Road Map for MBA. The students with varied levels of undergraduate and graduate qualification join MBA programme. HEC has issued a road map for admissions to MBA Programme. The road map provides three entry routes to the students with 14 of non business education, 16 years of non business education and 16 years of business education to join MBA Programme. The students with 14 years non business education must successfully complete minimum 64 Credit Hours (Cr Hrs) Undergraduate Deficiency Courses ( UGCW) whereas the students with 16 years of non business education must successfully complete 30 Credit Hours ( Cr Hrs) Undergraduate Deficiency Courses (UGCW) before they join graduate course work (GCW) of 30- 36 Credit Hours including 6 credit hours research thesis to complete MBA Programme. However the students with 16 years business education will join graduate course work (GCW) of 30- 36 credit hours including 6 credit hours research thesis directly to complete MBA.


Degree Requirements


The students must fulfill the following before they are eligible for award of MBA degree:-

3.5 years MBA Programme 7 semesters and 96 Cr Hrs.
Undergraduate/Deficiency courses The student admitted in this program will have to complete 64-66 Cr Hrs undergraduate courses work (UGCW) to complete the deficiency.
Graduate Courses After completing the deficiency courses with a min. of 2.3CGPA on the scale of 4.00, they will be required to take 30-36 Cr Hrs graduate course work (GCW) including 6 Cr Hrs research thesis.

2.5 years MBA Programme 5 semesters and 66 Cr Hrs.
Undergraduate/Deficiency courses The student admitted in this program will have to complete 30 Cr Hrs undergraduate courses work (UGCW) to complete the deficiency.
Graduate Courses After completing the deficiency courses with a min. of 2.3 CGPA on the scale of 4.00, they will be required to take 30-36 Cr Hrs graduate course work (GCW) including 6 Cr Hrs research thesis.

1.5 years MBA Programme 3 semesters and 30-36 Cr Hrs.
Undergraduate/Deficiency courses The student admitted in MBA programme will complete 30-36 Cr Hrs graduate course work (GCW) including 6 Cr Hrs research thesis.

2 years EMBA Programme 4 semesters and 66 Cr Hrs.

Bachelorsin Business Administration (BBA)

BBA (Honors) program at APCOMS provides the foundation for learning in management sciences.
